Sourced from the high elevations of Sumatra Mandheling, Indonesia, this washed, medium-roast coffee was selected for its depth and quiet richness. Notes of dark chocolate anchor the cup, softened by a touch of lemon bar brightnessand dried cranberry on the finish. Grown at 1700 meters, it’s a comforting, full-bodied coffee with gentle contrast — grounding, warm, and especially suited for slow mornings and lingering conversations.
